Mount Riverview was settled in 1907, ten minutes' drive from the highway and a world away from it. About 3,000 people live here, and most of them have bought their milk on this street.

Mount Riverview sits just off the Great Western Highway, about two kilometres north-east of Blaxland and roughly 70 km west of the Sydney CBD. Follow Rusden Road up through the village. Shop 8 is on your side, near the school.
